Chief Judge  Frederick Lowe  of the Virginia Beach Circuit Court ,the highest level of court in every Va.jurisdiction,has confirmed  on behalf of the nine Va.Beach  Circuit Court  Judges that they have had a cooperative working relationship with Commonwealth’s Attorney Harvey Bryant and his office over the last  9 1/2 years .Throughout Bryant’s tenure,they confirm that nothing has affected the fair administration of justice in Va.Beach, nor the  mutual respect between the judges and prosecutors in the fulfillment of their their respective duties.
