After almost 4 years of evading the truth by contorting the justice system with motions and continuances after a mistrial over 2 years ago,Carl Walton was convicted of Capital Murder after a trial this week.This is a victory for perseverance by my trial team and the 2 victims families.I will urge the court to impose the death penalty next week as I have before in such cases .
