While on the podium with Congressman Glenn Nye today, I passed on concerns of Navy neighbors who know first hand that E-6 pilots are restricted to 8 hours flight time per month, and that the pilots and crews are working 6 hour days, 4 days per week, all because of budget cuts creating a dangerous readiness situation. Let’s bailout the military before banks, autos and insurance!
It was a meaningful Memorial Day ceremony with 33 veteran groups laying wreaths.
