Harvey L. Bryant, Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Virginia Beach, announced that a grand jury meeting in Virginia Beach Circuit Court today returned indictments against 96 individuals charging 207 separate offenses. Forty-five of the offenses were grand larcenies.
The grand jury returned indictments against 8 individuals for Driving Under the Influence. Of those, 5 were charged with a third offense or more within 10 years. Those individuals are:

Twenty-seven of the indictments were for felony drug charges.
The grand jury returned indictments against Shea Ryan Huffman, of the 5200 block Lowery Downs Drive in Virginia Beach, for 5 counts of aggravated sexual battery- victim under age 13, and 5 counts of forcible sodomy- victim under age 13.
