Harvey Bryant, Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Virginia Beach announced today that a grand jury sitting in Virginia Beach Circuit Court indicted 79 individuals, bringing the total this month to 176 who have been indicted for a wide variety of felony crimes. Twenty-three of those indicted involved felony drug offenses.
Many of those indicted, as is often the case, have histories of prior criminal convictions.

*Donald Leon Rozier was indicted for the charges of Petit Larceny 3rd Offense and Concealment 3rd Offense. In his case, a conviction would actually be his 18th conviction for Petit Larceny. Rozier also has 8 prior felony convictions. Rozier was indicted for larceny offenses alleged to have occurred on December 12th, 17th, and 19th of 2008 and January 30, 2009. Third Offense Petit Larceny or Concealment is a felony offense under Virginia law.
The grand jury also indicted 2 individuals for felony Driving Under the Influence. Those individuals are:
