Congratulations on being the recipient of the 2009 Robert F. Horan, Jr. Outstanding Service Award from the Virginia Association of Commonwealth’s Attorneys. It takes a special person to dedicate twenty-eight years to prosecuting crimes and ensuring that justice prevails in every case. The citizens of Virginia Beach owe you a debt of gratitude for your efforts to make their community a safer place to live. Additionally your leadership statewide through the Virginia Association of Commonwealth’s Attorneys and other avenues is greatly appreciated by those of us in public safety.

Again, congratulations on the well-deserved award and thank you for devoting your life to protecting the Commonwealth and securing justice for all citizens. You are a fine person and a good friend.
